2. The data we collect
We only collect what you provide to us yourself through the forms:
- First name and last name.
- Email address and phone number (optional).
- Your activity or field of work, and the way you would like to take part.
- Your comment or message.
The site also receives limited technical information needed to operate it (such as browser type and connection address) at the hosting provider.
3. Why we use your data
- Replying to your messages and collaboration requests.
- Informing you about the opening (spring 2027), events and new content, if you request it.
- Reviewing participation and partnership requests, and getting to know the community we are building.
- Improving the website and the visitor experience.
4. The basis we rely on
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this will not affect what has already taken place.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We may use technical service providers (hosting, email, newsletter tools) who process it on our instructions and only for the purpose of the service.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
7. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, correct it, object to its processing and request its deletion. 8. Cookies and local storage
The website currently uses no tracking files or advertising. We use simple browser storage only to improve the display (for example, so the welcome screen is not repeated during the same session). If we add visit-measurement tools later, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss or unauthorized use, while noting that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. External links
The website links to our accounts on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. These platforms have their own policies, and we do not control their practices.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The page always shows the date of the last update above.
